The shuttle bus service efficiently connected us to popular ski lifts, with three convenient routes available. The drivers were always ready to help with our ski gear, which made the whole experience stress-free. The hotel's wellness facilities were a highlight of our trip. We appreciated the separate wellness areas for families and adults. The outdoor jacuzzi, along with the pool on the top floor, offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains, creating perfect moments for relaxation. While we found the restaurant options to be average, the staff, especially bar attendants Pavel and Christina, were attentive and friendly. The hotel is well-equipped for families, with amenities like complimentary wireless internet, babysitting services, and ski storage. Our family also tried snow tubing and snowmobiling, which added excitement to our stay. While some aspects of the dining experience could be improved, Chopok Hotel provides a welcoming atmosphere ideal for families looking to unwind and explore.
